Transaction fees:
TicketsFusion charges a transaction fee of 10% on each ticket sold on our website to cover the cost of processing the transaction. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the ticket price and will be deducted from the ticket amount paid by the customer.
The transaction fee covers the costs associated with processing payments, including credit card fees, bank fees, and other transaction processing costs. By using our platform to purchase tickets, you agree to pay the transaction fee in addition to the ticket price.
Please note that the transaction fee is non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or refund of your ticket purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our transaction fees, please contact our customer support team.
Receiving Payouts:
After a successful ticket sale, the seller will receive the payout amount, minus any applicable fees, directly to their designated bank account within 1-2 business days after submitting the payout request. It is the sellers responsibility to ensure that their bank account information is up to date and accurate. TicketsFusion is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by incorrect bank account information provided by the seller.
