If the event is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the new date, and you will not be eligible for a refund. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, we may be able to issue a refund, minus any fees and charges, at our discretion.
Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days of the refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that our refund policy may vary for certain events or promotions.
