If the event is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the new date, and you will not be eligible for a refund. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, we may be able to issue a refund, minus any fees and charges, at our discretion.

Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days of the refund request. To request a refund,On your order History click -Refund- or contact us with your order number and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that our refund policy may vary for certain events or promotions. Important! Please note that refunds for your event tickets can only be requested up to 3 days before the event date. Any refund requests made after the event has taken place will not be processed.

Transaction fees:

TicketFusion charges a transaction fee of 10% on each ticket sold on our website to cover the cost of processing the transaction. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the ticket price and will be deducted from the ticket amount paid by the customer.

The transaction fee covers the costs associated with processing payments, including credit card fees, bank fees, and other transaction processing costs. By using our platform to purchase tickets, you agree to pay the transaction fee in addition to the ticket price.
